I got hungry around 7:30, but H didn't eat until just before 5, so he didn't care about eating supper.  Therefore, supper for one.

Salad with warmed-over roasted acorn squash, a piece of corn on the cob, a Laughing Cow garlic and herb and a french onion Kashi TLC Pita Chips.

See? There was carrots and cucumber under all that lettuce!

And then I caved again! For the second time today! I had 2 gingersnaps.  So my total calories in for today is 1378, but I walked Boo for about a half hour and I am going to do ... Cardio, Plyometrics, or Kenpo. Something high energy that burns lots of calories. And then the stretch DVD. And then to bed.
