He was really tired from being at work so early, So I made lunch and brought it to him in bed :) I know, I am an awesome wife :-D
Both of us had chicken, arugula, avocado and hummus sandwiches.
Mine was on a Toufayan Whole Grain Pita. I also went back later and had about a quarter cup of baby spinach, tbsp of onion, tbsp of orange bell pepper, tbsp hummus, and 1/4 cup shredded chicken. Yum! I love hummus!
I have 540 calories left for today and want to put them to good use. Also, I really want to get in a really good workout... P90X? Jogging with Big H and Boo? Not sure yet, but it better be good!!!
